FAICA is a civil association located in the City of Buenos Aires (Argentina) represented by José María Viera, who, together with INEW authorities, on October 18, signed a cooperation agreement between both organizations.

FAICA is a civil association located in the City of Buenos Aires (Argentina) represented by José María Viera, who, together with INEW authorities, on October 18, signed a cooperation agreement between both organizations.

FAICA’s purpose is to strengthen solidarity and active efforts of the “typhlological movement”, and fight across the country for comprehensive promotion of the abilities of the blind and people with amblyopia, for their general wellbeing and fair recognition of their condition as useful and active people; based on the fundamental principles of preservation of their dignity and their right to become involved in any matters of interest to them.
